Enamel on Acrylic means:
Oil-based enamel paint, painted on the back of a clear sheet of Acrylic.
That means, in the painting above, you are looking thru a sheet of acrylic (plastic) that has paint on the back of it.
(Yes, I have to paint everything backwards. )
This painting is 2 feet high and 7 feet long. Like many of my paintings, it is from a photograph that I took. These are the horses from a dude ranch called Waunita Hot Springs. They work all summer, but in the winter they mostly just stand around and eat.
"Waunita Hot Springs Horses II"
These 2'x7' paintings generally take me about 3 weeks to complete and sell for $2,000.
